Woodcliff Lake, NJ - March 13, 2018… BMW of North America, LLC is announcing its annual Center of Excellence honors. We are pleased to award 35 Centers out of 345 as 2018 Center of Excellence winners. BMW of North America continues its success in the luxury automotive industry based on the excellent performance of these centers in 2017.

As a result of their excellent 2017 performance on eight different Sales and Aftersales Key Performance Indicators, these Centers outperformed their peers.

"This year's 35 winners are the ultimate performers, the best of the BMW network, and we are proud to have them representing the brand."

"Earning the Center of Excellence is the most prestigious performance-based honor a BMW dealer can achieve. It takes discipline, consistency and the highest level of commitment from every employee on the dealership," says Tom Shirley, Vice President, Eastern Region, BMW of North America. "Over the course of a year our dealerships face a multitude of challenges from an ever-changing business climate. Through it all, these 35 BMW centers rose above and are now a part of an elite group. Congratulations on your well-deserved recognition."

BMW of Sudbury General Manager Pranav Gill shared how his facility was able to achieve Center of Excellence status for the second time in three years.

"We're excited beyond belief, as it's a great honor to be categorized as the best of the best alongside some great dealerships around North America. All year long the team is constantly focusing on what helps win this award. Everyone is proud of the hard work that went into achieving this," says Pranav. "We actually look at the metrics almost every month to see how we're tracking, where our shortcomings are and what we need to do to get back on track. There are a number of indices and targets, and it's not an easy award to achieve."
